Barakat Foods holds the annual party for its employees at Sirbb Circuit in Shuwaikh

Barakat Foods had organized the annual party for its employees in Sirbb Circuit in Shuwaikh. The Barakat Foods administration has been organizing this annual party in order to encourage employees to make more efforts to develop their professional performance, support the existing work relationships among them, and strengthen the administration’s constant efforts to achieve further growth and maintain its leadership in hospitality.
All employees attended the party along with the executive administration, managers of departments and branches, as well as many guests, in a fun and pleasant atmosphere. The party included several shows and great performances by the participating parties, in addition to contests and games which helped create a wonderful family atmosphere of fun and harmony between all employees who took part in the fun competition and enjoyed the entertaining shows.
The party also included a dinner buffet of Eastern and Western dishes and valuable gifts were distributed to the winners of the mini-sports games organized by the human resources department.
Mr. Chawki Barakat, the General Manager of Barakat Foods gave a speech in which he welcomed the guests, the employees and their families, thanking them for their attendance and praising their cooperation and continuous hard work, which recently helped Mais Alghanim come in first place in the casual restaurant category by Service Hero. Mr. Barakat also thanked the Kuwaiti leadership, government and people for hosting this family institution that has made a place for itself in the history of Kuwait.

In a thoughtful initiative by the Kuwait Society for the Protection of Animals and Their Habitat (K’S PATH), which was founded in 2005 and operates the first sanctuary and shelter for wild animals and pets in al-Wafra, and which was represented by its Chief Executive, Sheikha Fatima Al-Sabah, Barakat Foods was honored for sponsoring K’S PATH’s events. Most recently, K’S PATH and Barakat Foods signed the initiative for corporate friends program in the framework of participating in activities that promote volunteerism and social citizenship, and these activities include beach clean-up campaigns and workshops on providing safety and care for some of K’S PATH’s animals.

The most special aspect of that day was the distribution of various rewards as a token of appreciation for outstanding employees. These rewards included the “Manager of the year” which was won by Farrukh Abbas, IT manager, while the “Mr. Emile Lifetime Achievement Award” went to Mohammad Ali from Mais Alghanim To Go management. The administration in Barakat Foods believes annual rewards and bonuses play a key role in the course of success within the institution, in order to insure proper development, acknowledge the employee’s role and urge them to make more effort to benefit mutual interests. All of this positively reflects on the service provided to Barakat Foods customers and guarantees continuous development.

At the end of Barakat Foods annual party, a number of prizes were distributed and employees’ names were drawn out and the winners received valuable gifts such as electronics, home appliances, mobile phones and many other gifts.
